Individual Therapy

I provide a confidential space to explore your inner life, process emotion, and move toward meaningful change. This is a dedicated space where you receive my full attention to explore anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity shifts, relationship struggles, creative blocks, or the quiet weight of daily emotional strain.

Rooted in British Object Relations psychoanalysis, my work focuses on understanding the deeper emotional patterns that shape how you relate, love, protect, and repeat. Rather than offering quick solutions or surface-level coping strategies, we examine the underlying dynamics, often formed in early relationships, that continue to influence your present life.

In our 50-minute sessions, we move at a thoughtful pace. We attend to dreams, language, memory, and the therapeutic relationship itself, listening closely for what may have gone unspoken or unrecognized. This reflective process allows emotional meaning to emerge gradually, creating space for change that is sustainable and integrated.

Our work is grounded in curiosity and respect. The goal is not to pathologize your experience, but to understand it deeply, so that relief, clarity, and greater emotional freedom become possible. This is not a formulaic or fast-paced model of therapy. It is a private, attentive collaboration designed to help you understand yourself more fully and to live with greater intention and authenticity.

Couples Coaching
& Parent Guidance

Strengthen your partnership through honest dialogue, deeper understanding, and renewed intimacy.

This work is designed for partners who feel disconnected, caught in painful patterns, navigating parenthood, or seeking to repair after rupture.

Relationships often bring us face-to-face with our most vulnerable emotional material. When communication breaks down or intimacy feels strained, it is rarely about one isolated issue. More often, it reflects deeper emotional histories, attachment patterns, and unspoken expectations that shape how each partner experiences closeness and conflict.

In our sessions, we slow the process down. We listen carefully, not only to what is being said, but to the emotional dynamics beneath the surface. Together, we explore:

  • Attachment styles and relational patterns

  • Unconscious expectations carried from early relationships

  • Emotional triggers and recurring conflict cycles

  • The intersection of identity, caregiving, and partnership

  • Intergenerational patterns influencing parenting

For parents, this work also provides guidance around the emotional complexities of caregiving, balancing partnership, individuality, and family life with greater clarity and intention.

My approach is not about assigning fault or offering quick fixes. It is about fostering insight, compassion, and emotional resilience. When partners begin to understand the deeper emotional currents shaping their interactions, new possibilities for connection and repair can emerge. Over time, this work can help couples move from reactive cycles to more thoughtful dialogue where each person feels seen, heard, and understood.

Life Coaching

A focused, forward-facing space to gain clarity, navigate change, and move toward what matters most.

This work is designed for those facing a transition, a difficult decision, or a general sense of feeling at a crossroads — whether in career, relationships, purpose, or identity.

Coaching differs from therapy in both pace and focus. Rather than examining the deeper origins of longstanding emotional patterns, we work in the present, focusing on clarity, decision-making, and forward movement. This is a space to think out loud, to organize what feels overwhelming, and to identify what is actually within your control.

In our sessions, we work together to:

  • Clarify values, priorities, and what "success" genuinely means to you

  • Identify the obstacles, real and self-imposed, that keep you stuck

  • Build confidence around decisions that feel high-stakes or unclear

  • Develop practical strategies for navigating transition or change

  • Strengthen the internal steadiness needed to sustain new choices

For many, this work arrives at a specific juncture — a career shift, a return to purpose after a major life change, or simply the sense that something needs to move. Coaching offers structure and support during that juncture, without requiring a long-term excavation of the past.

My approach draws on decades of clinical insight, even as this work remains distinctly non-clinical. I bring the same steadiness, attentiveness, and emotional intelligence to coaching that I bring to therapy — but with a present-oriented focus designed for those who want support, not analysis, as they move toward their next chapter.

Clinical Supervision
for Therapists

Reflective, depth-oriented supervision grounded in psychoanalytic thinking.

I offer clinical supervision designed for psychotherapists drawn to psychoanalytic and depth-oriented practice who wish to deepen their clinical presence, insight, and technical rigor. Grounded in British Object Relations theory, our work together focuses on understanding the emotional and unconscious dynamics that shape the therapeutic relationship. This is a space for thoughtful inquiry, intellectual seriousness, and honest reflection.

In supervision, we explore clinical material through the lenses of:

  • Transference and countertransference

  • Developmental history and early attachment patterns

  • Affect regulation and unconscious communication

  • The therapeutic frame and boundaries

  • The analyst’s subjectivity and presence in the room

We attend carefully to the symbolic language of the unconscious — what emerges in silence, repetition, resistance, and relational tension. This work strengthens not only technique, but also emotional attunement and ethical clarity.

Supervision is not solely about case management or compliance. It is a professional space for nourishment, challenge, and growth, supporting therapists who wish to remain connected to the emotional heart of their work.

Whether you are early in your career, working toward licensure, or seeking to reengage with depth-oriented clinical thinking, this supervision offers a meaningful and sustained container for development.
